In this section, you’ll learn about the anatomy of the eye and why it’s crucial to perform these treatments safely and correctly to avoid any damage. Additionally, you’ll gain knowledge about lash growth and hair structure, helping you determine the appropriate intervals between services to prevent overexposure to the chemicals used.

Sanitation and hygiene are critical components of any beauty course. If your salon and equipment are not properly cleaned and sanitized, you risk spreading bacteria and potentially harming your clients. This module also covers the essential Occupational Health and Safety regulations you need to follow to ensure your clients remain safe from accidents in your workplace.

This module will teach you about eye conditions that may prevent or restrict you from providing these services to clients. You’ll also learn how to conduct thorough client consultations and maintain accurate, ongoing records of every treatment you perform.

Before tinting your clients’ brows and lashes, it’s essential to understand the products and equipment you’ll be using. Since these are chemicals applied near the eyes, you must have a thorough knowledge of how to mix and use them properly. We will also guide you on setting up your work area for maximum safety and efficiency.

This module marks the start of the practical portion of the course, where you’ll learn how to apply and remove brow tint. You’ll also master the art of mixing colors to achieve the perfect shade for your client’s desired look.

In this section, you’ll learn how to cleanse the lashes and protect the skin around the lash line. We’ll guide you on mixing your products, and applying and removing them properly to avoid any stinging or damage to your clients’ lashes or eyes.

Next, you’ll move on to the lash lifting section of the course, where we’ll introduce you to all the products you’ll be using. You’ll learn the correct order of application and, most importantly, the appropriate processing times to ensure you do not overexpose your clients’ lashes.

You’ll learn step-by-step how to prepare the lashes, select the correct rod size for each individual client, attach the lashes to the rods, and apply and safely remove the solutions.

In the rare event that a client’s lashes are over-curled, this module will teach you how to perform a softening process to restore them to the perfect curl and lift.
